If you've ever wondered about the shaping and design of the taylor made fairing pieces, wonder no more. You can see here how a trim piece is made from fiberglass and putty, and built up by hand to the desired shape. Don't worry, final trim pieces will not be orange.

2008 Suzuki GSXR 600/750

Everyday I get a call asking about progress on the 2008 Suzuki 600/750 exhaust. We're almost done! The pipe work in finished and the trim piece is taking shape. Fabricator Joe Luna has been nice enough to let us tear apart his nice new bike and cover it in Bondo dust, all for you, 600/750 riders! Feel free to buy Joe a beer at Laguna next year.

What did you do on YOUR summer vacation?

We've been busy motorcycle fans here at TaylorMade. Not only have we got a new website design, but we've been making motorcycle parts too!

We've spent the first half of 2008 getting intimate with the 08 Honda CBR rr 1000. Many of you have already seen the new underbelly exhaust kit, but did you know we have fender eliminators and rear huggers for the fireblade too?
